Shipping policy

Where we deliver

We currently deliver within the United Arab Emirates only. We do not ship to other GCC or international destinations at this time.

Delivery time

Orders are delivered within 2–5 working days of order confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next working day. During busy periods or for remote areas, delivery may take slightly longer, and we will let you know if there is a delay.

Shipping cost

Standard delivery within the UAE is 25 AED per order, shown at checkout before you pay.

If your order arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, any replacement is delivered free of charge. See our Refund Policy for details.

Order tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details where available.

Delivery address

Please make sure your address and phone number are correct at checkout, as the courier may call you to arrange delivery. If a delivery fails because of an incorrect address or because nobody was available after the courier's attempts, a new shipping fee of 25 AED may apply to resend the order.

Product care

Matcha and coffee are best stored in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Please bring your order indoors promptly after delivery, especially during the UAE summer.
