This website (mugio.ae) is operated by Mugio, Jumeirah 1, Dubai, United Arab Emirates. Throughout these terms, "we", "us" and "our" refer to Mugio. By visiting our website or buying from us, you agree to these Terms of Service, together with our Refund Policy, Shipping Policy and Privacy Policy.

1. Using our store

You must be at least 18 years old, or have the permission of a parent or guardian, to place an order. You agree not to use our website for any unlawful purpose or to interfere with its operation.

2. Products

We make every effort to show our products, colours and packaging accurately, but images are for illustration and the actual product may vary slightly. Our matcha and coffee are food products; please check the packaging for ingredients, storage instructions and best-before dates. If you have allergies or health concerns, please contact us before ordering.

3. Prices and payment

All prices are in UAE Dirhams (AED). Prices and product availability may change at any time without notice. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, for example if a product is out of stock, if there is a pricing error, or if an order appears fraudulent. If we cancel an order you have already paid for, we will refund you in full.

4. Orders and delivery

Your order is confirmed once you receive our order confirmation email. Delivery is covered by our Shipping Policy, and returns and refunds by our Refund Policy.

5. Wholesale accounts

Wholesale products and pricing are available only to approved business customers. Wholesale orders are placed through quote requests and are confirmed only once we accept the quote. Wholesale pricing and products are confidential and may not be shared or resold to the public at different terms without our written permission.

6. Accounts

If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for all activity on your account. Please tell us immediately if you suspect unauthorised use.

7. Intellectual property

All content on this website, including the Mugio name, logo, photographs, designs and text, belongs to Mugio and may not be copied or used without our written permission.

8. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Mugio is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of our website or products. Our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version published on this page at the time of your order applies to that order.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Emirate of Dubai and the federal laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai.
